Lets say they go for around $17-18 mil, that would buy Grafex out pay for the Factory and probably leave around $8Mil + the cash they have now in return we would add 100Mil shares taking us to around 480 Mil shares on offer.

For the directors to get their incentive shares and KL to get his boat at $1 a share then a MC of $480 mil is required or about 60% of where SYR stand now.....

We will see what they come up with and while dilution is not fun, nor is going out of business and 480Mil shares on offer is not that high compared to many Companies, its the return on what we spend it on that holds the key here...
