ER, you make some good points, but before we can dream about what the SP might be in 17 months time, we must first confront what it could well be by Christmas. The company appears to need about $17m. If shares could be issued at 17 cents, that means about 100m new shares, or a one-for-four issue. But that's a 25% dilution, which would bring the theoretical post-issue price down to something like 14.5 to 15 cents. Not many underwriters would be happy with that prospect. Would you put your hand in your pocket for those extra shares at 17 cents, knowing that the price could immediately drop? One-for-four may not be enough to get the CR away.
