Actually Jiska I have held this stock since the CUG days and therefore probably held this stock longer than 90% of the current holders. I don't mind this placement at all as it brings in much needed capital and by the looks of them, long term investors who can see the same potential as we can and not just going to flip it for a few %. As I posted before if it was a SPP the share price would have dropped straight away on open back towards .45 cents and than we would have this over hang for months. This way the CR is done and dusted with out delay and we can look forward to the next big announcement. All the long term holders had a chance to top up in the high 20's only a couple of weeks ago and a lot of us took the opportunity so we are not crying now that the CR is at .45.
