    Agree Singed fingers. But the company simply has to raise money or it's insolvent. The danger is that whatever price the new shares are offered at the SP will fall below it even 5 cents could smash the SP to 4 cents. To sustain a cap raising positive news is essential so perhaps there is positive news on the way - and then a cap raising. Of course it's now hard to generate positive news because the company has a low level of credibility given that a lot of good news in the past has turned out to be not good at all. Perhaps the company has been forced to do a STO and massively dilute its shares at a very low price to institutions? There are no good options but no choice but to raise funds fast.
