    1. If you are insinuating that the first announcement was to increase the share price so that they can get a higher price. Then they failed.
    Normal practice is to put such an announcement (extremely positive) out at least two weeks before so that the average price (which a cap raise is based on) is inflated. Not the same day.

    2. If you have announcements that come at the same time and one includes a transaction that could effect the shares in circulation (thus requiring a trading halt) you are obliged as much as is possible to release any "other" announcements before a trading halt.

    I suspect shareholders will be very happy and even surprised with this investor.
