Given that some of the information regarding the deal has been made available to reporters etc I'm expecting the release to be Monday morning before market open.
Also thinking about it, in particular the amount involved, it's significantly greater than prior instances. If it were to hold us over, the company could have chosen to raise a lesser amount. Keep in mind that management are large holders and would be just as disadvantaged as other holders in the dilution.
Rather the amount is significantly larger which would suggest a placement to either a single or at most two large entities. If it were for examples, a lithium industry player, they would want to take up a significant holding as it would not be in their interest to buy for the sake of assisting PLS's expansion plans.
