My gut feel. I think as we come out of the trading halt the company will also announce the granting of the operating permit. I doubt we will see the sp drift lower to the placement price and given the size of the CR (with imminent cash flow from TT), I suspect the CR is about bringing forward Pilg. timelines. If I happen to be wrong & the sp drifts lower, then I'm ready to add to my already lofty holding. Either way, we will all win in the long term.
