The new appointments are very impressive.

I think Dingyi and the "Large African Conglomerate" have just been buying their time for ELM to fall over so they could pick up the pieces but if a new unexpected financing deal is on the table, then all these other parasites may have to change their strategy and show us the size of their cheque book.......
