Hi MACCA, to paraphrase you "here to share information and to discredit some" and there is nothing is wrong with that as long as it's a two way street.
Speaking as, I assume one of the clowns, that post was very professional and written like a professional public relations person.
I have been following Okap related company threads for awhile now and I will again state that I do not care if someone buys, sells or holds shares in any of Okap's ventures......
From your post it appears it is ok for you to post as a non holder? because you are sharing. I think you will find that most people that post the so called "negatives" do so in reply to a question or in response to something that is posted and thats what HC is about, isn't it?
In the majority of threads that I follow and there are more than I post on, there is alway handful of posters who try to seed the threads with unsubstantiated, potentially possible information (that could very well be true) and opinions that turn into self generated hype and euphoria that is then manufactured and twisted more often than not by posters wether deliberately or not. Then the hype is increased by people not comprehending the exact wording or misunderstanding anns. and other posts. And then we have the so called "research reports" added to the mix.
What's the point of a forum if it's not open to both sides and only the warm and fuzzy are allowed?
Facts are facts and it's hard to argue against facts so what are the positive facts? What are they? Some punters will put money on anything!
I don't have a crystal ball, if they get it over the line and in a few years time they may just make things work, how will that help holders that bought in at >$00.015 (pre cons) unless it blasts off to $1 next week, I am not sure. How much dilution between now and a potentially possible working profitable business?
As far as any of the fleet go, in my opinion there is only one that could potentially be moving into a potentially profitable direction although though a very highly speculative business (WG) and in my opinion there are still some big hurdles to jump before it even starts, as I have stated previously. Also, I am not sure about the vehicle of choice, ie. IGS
As far as CTR and Pearl go the problems in my opinion are numerous. And in my opinion there are not many, if any positives for the entire fleet that could be discussed on HC.
In my opinion as I have stated before, I think that CTR will raise the money, it's not that much. It's what happens in the future that becomes the issue and that's where history and track records DO come into play!
After they get the money where and how will it be spent. It will be different this time because.......? is hard to justify. If these proposed deals are so good why don't they use private equity or their own money? Why not bring a whole heap of SI's in to a private company, keep it private and list once it starts to make $ Is it because they are nice guys and want to share their potentially possible fortune with others or is it because the risk is so high and the huge amount of money that will be required for "other working capital" over the journey?
End of rant....
