Yes clever1 is still a major shareholder. Any change would have to be released via an ASX announcement. In fact going by the most recent announcement re substantial shareholder notice, the total number of shares held have increased.
After having a couple of meetings with EOR management in November and December it was decided to give them (EOR Board and Management) additional time to complete the transformation of the shell in to a business. It is being monitored.
