    You can appoint anyone you like as a proxy, or simply cast your vote for each motion using the second section and given the deadline fax this through to the share register.

    If for some reason your looking to "someone" i.e. a stranger to appoint as your proxy. As I'll be at the meeting, I'm happy to be appointed your proxy.
