Updates as to the status of the acquisition and timelines for satisfying relisting requirements have been made numerous time before. These have ALL come and gone. I think those of us who are long term holders will only believe it when we see the notice of meeting and prospectus released.
Only, after gaining an understanding for the acquisition terms, and assuming those are favorable in the context of the current resource market. Will it then be possible to decide if we are jumping for joy, or running for the hills. As a LT shareholder owning plenty of shares, I want to be jumping for joy, this is only possible if the share price increases. Whilst it won't take much to see the share price rise significantly higher than current levels, that too can also be stated in relation to downside risk.
