I am wondering the same. Would be awesome - especially if the court were to stop Pacific from stealing a big part of the company at near bankruptcy prices (1,9 cents). Basically the judge might have said "not sure how I'll decide, as Glencores arguments are rather weak, but I don't like the way Pacific is trying to screw all other SHs either - so why don't you guys come to an agreement that serves everybody reasonably well ..."
If that happens, we could see the SP go back to 20 cents rather quickly ... If not ... "ugly" comes to mind ... Fingers crossed ...
