They wouldn't have a trading halt for bad news (A company would just put bad results in the Quarterly or something). Why would any company draw attention to itself to release bad news? I doubt it's the Merolia Project as they would of said they had started drilling.
The real question is what is the grade, length and depth, how many holes + have they found a partner.
