I sure hope we buy something which is a bargain. There are many companies where their value is down as much as 90%. They desperately need to offload something to clear debt. We can pick up the best of what is available and this could be worth several times what we have to pay.
The current oil prices are just madness, with the Saudis selling their only asset way under cost. When will they wake up to their stupidity? When the oil has gone?
Oil will be back in demand and more than it was. Expect oil prices of $200 pbl in the future and those companies who had the nerve and the funds to keep in business will prosper in the next couple of years.
Cash has no value except what you can do with it. Even the Banks don't want to hold cash and neither do we.
