My opinion. ERM have no idea about the gas business or the risks explorers must take , they are consumers of gas for their power stations. The MEL fiasco and subsequent sell out of their interest shows ERM cannot abide the risk of O&G exploration.
My boat anchor comment is that ERM has influenced EGO to be too conservative and very much risk averse.
