    personally feel that this is good for the business, but not overly glossy for shareholders wanting to cash out with a bang.

    business gets broader scope, lower debt, e2e capacity and stated as eps accretive on a stock that delivers 5cps annual franked dividend.

    I'm happy to take that as the economy plods its way back into form and the marketing budgets go back up.
