    Agree - a takeover is preferable. Best option in my opinion is to knock the deal back - as a sgn shareholder it is bett.er prospects under a turnaround situation in control than a merged position with no control.

    We are clearly getting screwed on the splits in the merger... Call it robbery by stealth.
