    I asked brad on the phone recently when he confirmed to me that he had indeed sold his shares - why a delay of at least 2 months before the start of this credit raise and he failed to give me a valid answer.

    I am not sure if it was a case of incompetence, inexperience or just GMP delaying it on purpose for some sort of gain to them or 'friends'.

    IMO I now believe it was all of the above.
