Barry, I think you have nailed it. If the instos wouldn't come on board earlier, when things looked much better, why would they do so now? Placement currently looks very difficult.
Will GMP walk? There must be some agonizing going on in their office, given that, if they go ahead, they face the prospect of seeing a third or more of their subscribed capital evaporate on day one.
