You would assume SQ have an obligation to notify Triton prior to 31st December about the outcome of the LOI.
It isn't far away and the probability of it being executed is low, I expect an Announcement would have to come out and you would expect quite a negative impact on the SP.
I wonder if this has been taken into account and is all part of the story of what's happening today with this new entitlement offer. Time will tell.
