No dilution eh? If for example you invested $100k and owned 1% before the entitlement offer. and so you participate and add a further $50k but still only own 1%.
How havent you been diluted?? If you add additional funds to your investment but only continue to own the same amout prior to adding additional funds, you have been diluted.
