Hi TG, no dilution that is correct, you still own 1% of the total, which is effectively bigger if every one else contributes their entitlement, if others fail to contribute you will actually end up owning a bigger percentage of the company, whatever the term is for opposite of dilution.
But yes, you will have invested more money, but that is not dilution as such. Placements are dilutionary to those that don't get to participate.
