Its a false economy. Your paying for something you dont get. You owned 1% and now you dont unless you add more funds.
Its a mind trick to make you feel better, about participating.

If there was no placement, you would still own 1% of ton and could buy $50k worth or another stock. Would your portfolio be worth more or less in that situation?? Obviously more, there fore to add $50k to ton and still only hold the same amount of the company. Your capital, your net wealth has been diluted.

I see this arguement time and time again. Its related to all CR's etc, its why 90% of the time price falls on CR, because those that have been around see it time and time again.
