I would say that share price is not rocketing as this agreement replaces an earlier agreement.
No information was provided at all as to whether this is a simple renewal of a contract or if it is an increase in revenue and if so how much is the increase. It appears to be a single agreement that replaces individual agreements wit 109 individual schools.
so while it may be a significant agreement it may not be much if any increase in revenue from those schools compared to what was received last year.
I would say that share price is not rocketing as this agreement...
