For anyone interested, those that don't know the inner workings in the demise of DSE, this guy nails it perfectly. The rot set in once Jeff Grover left it was all downhill from there. Even the picture he has used, shows the recent knockout sale banners, under the new ownership (post WOW), they did little to lift the run down shabby profile of the business.
