Completely agree.Especially as their existing lenders refused them. So they went out and maxed out a new credit card with worse terms - and did not tell anyone.
An act of desperation. Others avoided it probably due to having experience. This is my first VA and I am learning so much.
The farce of 'management' and the board 'representing' owners does explain how the ship went down so quickly but does not help shareholders.
It was a huge gamble that should have been announced.
So much for being the 'owners' of the company.
