Yendor28, i purchased the company because it was distressed, i believed it represented value relative to the reported distress.
I class myself as a experienced trader, (actively trading since 2001) i knew the risks and accepted them and I know how to trade, but the companies lack of disclosure is illegal.
If The ASX allows this type of activity without any repercussions, i will have to rethink where i put my money.
