I'm not a holder (so won't call and rack up further professional fees for everyone) but would be interested - next time you speak with him - what happened to those captured within the T+3 cycle when the VA happened. Did those that sold get stuck with their shares or managed to get their money? Did those who bought have their orders cancelled or ended up paying for something (likely) worthless?
