The Whole Things Criminal , there is no meaningful protection for shareholders regarding disclosure.

Now they will sell whats left to keep staff on until the stores are dry, I doubt many stores are even covering current staff wages, let alone owed wages..???

How exactly can they keep trading? how much stuff is actually left to sell?

How and... are they buying more? and if so what with...? money? iou?

why do shareholders still not know what the hells going on under the administrators/receivers?

Shareholders still technically own this company/debt

Don't we have a right to know what's happening right now.

Even though the company has been taken out of our control by the banks... we still own shares in it right?

Im in the dark just as bad as I was under Nicks management.
