In some concepts IMO,it looks like DSH was heading to VA intentionally,because DSH did not try to raise capital,sell the company or restructure the business before having gone to VA.
If the valuation of inventories was inflated when shares in DSH were offered to public,the amounts inflated (maybe $66m) more than real valuation should be returned to DSH from the seller.
