Seriously - that Michael West article is rubbish. The fact he admits in the article he only spent two hours looking into it suggests the analysis and insights gained aren't very valuable.
I very much doubt the inventory was inflated, if anything there is an argument there wasn't enough on hand when DSH was sold to shareholders in December 2013.
