The Company hereby requests a halt in trading of its securities, effective immediately, regarding
an acquisition.
The Company requests that the trading halt commence immediately, Tuesday 5 January 2016
and remain in place until the commencement of trading on Thursday 7 January 2016 or upon
release of an Announcement regarding the results the acquisition, whichever is the earlier.
We confirm the Company is in compliance with LR3.1 and are not aware of any reason why the
Company’s request should not be granted.
