OMG is right, the most ridiculous thing I have ever come across, the management need shooting, the figures just do not add up, CR here we come, more Directors fees and bonus shares/options, what was wrong with a merger with a tech company needing some money to further their great new inventions? eg RYG and NOR being resent examples...................vote with your feet one and all and squash this ridiculous mess.
Ps, wish I had sold out at $1.40 a few years back, all their plans and promises back then are no different now than they were then.
