    On another note (and perhaps something to provide a glimmer of hope) if a ban effecting the Duncan Facility was passed on 4th January, what the hell have MMJ been doing for the past week or so. Should have been an immediate trading halt, surely they couldn't have not been aware. They probably should have been advising the market at soon as the motion was first tabled. If this does effect Duncan, seems like a massive continuous disclosure failure.
