    Wheres that guy who visited the facility? He should pop in the local council and find out if this bylaw decision is imminent and if that is what has caused the trading halt.

    Even if an inspection date is allocated (great news) it is worthless if production is outlawed. Imagine the wait on inspection v. 2.0
