Exactly! I think that ECT is going to have more cash than they have had before! Some serious thinking/planning is required to effectively and efficiently use that cash to make the company (and its partners) as much money/profit as possible!

This is the big leagues now - everything that ECT does after this agreement is signed and publicised could be scrutinized at a global level. Management will have to make sure they dot their i's and cross their t's.

If I was involved in something that was happening for the first time ever, I would make damn sure I did everything I could to hit the ground running instead of falling flat on my face in front of a few countries (possibly the world). Wouldn't you?
