The current GGG  announcement says:

"This important development highlights the progress made by Greenland’s authorities on regulatory

application was successfully completed in late 2015, and handed over to Greenland’s regulatory​

So has the "mining license application been "submitted"?
Sounds like it has. Have I misread???
