Means nothing, IF the news is terrible there will be plenty below these. Just wait for the announcement before making any assessment of the sell side. Happens all the time. If you are worried put a sell order in and join the queue it costs nothing and you can always cancel if the reverse happens. It is Monday, if we see 30 million @.034 I might be worried. Have a bit of faith. If you take away the 700k there are only 1 million below 6 cents. All crap if you ask me.
