Dear Sirs Mining Projects Group Limited (“MPJ”) (ASX: MPJ) hereby requests a trading halt of its securities from ASX, pending an announcement regarding an acquisition of a material asset.
MPJ requests that the trading halt take immediate effect and continue until the release of the relevant announcement, in any case no later than the commencement of trading Thursday 28 th January 2016.
MPJ is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted. MPJ is not aware of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
