At the current Oil price , would be doubtful that any producing asset for sale in the possible price range up to $50m will be cash flow positive.Cash flow neutral could be considered a bargain at the current Oil price.
Cash flow positive/neutral producing asset -- Positive share price
Anything else will mostly place downward pressure on share price , as Cash on hand reduces significantly.
