The market wants catalysts. Whether that is a neutral/positive cashflow asset or a high quality exploration block, either will do the trick IMO
Remember they have shown success in drilling, so if they acquire an exploration block with massive target and decent COS then the market will take to it
They can spend $30M on the asset and we would still be cash backed or under, so I don't see why an exploration asset would punish the SP further
