I don't think it would be a capital raising. It seems that ASX listing rule prohibit a second capital raising within half year of listing. They do not need that much cash, their current cash position is good enough for them to survive for two years giving the low cash burn.
An option is possible, but for me, a option issued doesn't look like need to apply for a tradng halt. An option issued would not affect the price siganificantly. What do your guys think?
I was wondering if it is something related to their R&D progress. The director BM also bought the HZR share every time he got paid in last month. It should not be a bad news.
