Sounds gd bugi, but up from where. The mkt has taken the Ann onboard and, initiallyat least, decided nothing new here, continue down. Talk is cheap, we need deals.

The cap raise is gd in being at no discount (in fact based on the mkt too much was pd, so a great raise), but why so small. Some say we only need $3m, but people also suggested we only need $4m after the last raise. Perhaps we'll need another $3m not too far down the track as discussions drag on - who knows.

While dilution with these small CRs is small, they add up - much better to raise a more serious amount and give us all a chance of participating (notwithstanding some additional costs); all IMO
