Just got off the phone...it is Hartley's... they are going for 50 million at 19.5 cents...removes all risk going forward...puts the company 2 years ahead financially...
IMO the sp will jump if they get it off..I would have preferred a major...but the company will be totally de-risked and mobile...
They could have bought the shares last week at 19.5....company gets the money...that's all...I recomnend shareholders call Hartley's and demand some shares .....I reckon all holders will be able to purchase....
