Just my opinion...

Let's remember that current management did inherit a very difficult situation, and although the future might seem bright with the current gold price, the GP could still fall to the point where BDR might have some major problems to contend with.

I think raising some money in the short run to free up the financial constraints is perhaps a prudent move, albeit, a bitter pill for some to swallow.

Also, the simple fact of the matter is that many people probably bought in a prices way higher than we are currently at, even if they raised at 50 cents, there will still be mass dilution for many long term holders.

I'm currently happy with the direction BDR is headed.
