I think you need to stop thinking of them as the management and start thinking of them as the owners, because after all this is over that is what I think they will be.
Why do people think the bad guys will ride up to gate waving a flag by way of a takeover offer. Sometimes they hide inside a horse and get dragged in by unsuspecting shareholders misled by guile and misdirection.
The options issue is the least our problems. Remember the SJ team did their due diligence before they started, so we had to meet their criteria before they would get involved. They don't work for us, we've just provided the opportunity they were looking for.
