How do you figure that. Tranche2 still needs to be voted on and did they mention anything about underwriters? All I read was that they "received commitments". A short raid on gold in the paper markets could easily implode the back end of this deal. But of course that won't happen because the parties behind the raising a privy to all the facts. Why else would the company attract such an outpouring of money from the market. Even people in the know can get it wrong sometimes. Eshmun
