You can talk yourself into thinking dilution is a good thing but companies make bad decisions all the time so you really need ask yourself if the ground was so good at Tucano, the duck etc why has production gone down after years of promising drill results. Clearly they need to get to the underground reserves to produce above guidance and bdr had too much debt to quickly fund the operations . Likely to hear more promises without results for at least a year, same old, same old. There are less risky miners out there.
