Trading Halt Request
In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, Ashley Services Group Limited (‘ASH’) requests an immediate trading halt
on its securities pending the release of an announcement to the market concerning its 31 December 2015 results
including results of an impairment review and an update on its earnings for the year ending 30 June 2016.
The trading halt is expected to last until the earlier of the release of an announcement regarding the above matter
or the commencement of trading on Wednesday, 2 4 February 2016
.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted
